Riverwalk Park, a nearly six acre park, is being created simultaneously with the subdivision. It will include walking and biking trails, picnic areas, ponds, and other beautiful water features. Kerry KenCairn and Associates landscape architects and Scott English of NorthWest Biological Consutants have designed the park with will be owned and maintained by the city of Ashland. Riverwalk Park will eventually connect to the Bear Creek Greenway.
